The Challenge
The client required a complete restaurant renovation from an empty commercial unit into a fully operational MalaTang dining outlet. The renovation needed to deliver a practical dining environment with durable flooring, organized electrical systems, and a strong orange-themed interior identity while staying efficient for daily operations.
Our Approach
We handled the full renovation process including floor tile installation, electrical wiring, lighting setup, ceiling finishing, and interior works. Durable commercial-grade floor tiles were installed to withstand heavy customer traffic, while warm lighting and orange-themed design elements created a vibrant and welcoming dining atmosphere.
